TEMPERED GLASS MANUFACTURING LINE
The tempering process which has been occurred with rigorous and success; is a process that giving strength to the glass by heating it to just below its softening temperature (650oC) and suddenly chilling it when it jets of cold air.
Tempered glass is 5 times stronger than ordinary float glass. Once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body and suitable to be used as security glass. Tempering increases the strength and withstanding to abrupt temperature change of 220 Centigrade of the glass. Sizes are produced as per customer request. Once tempered, it can not be cut down.

Places where elderly people and children are found in mass, all doors , handrails, elevator enclosures, show case, essential security glazing, glass furniture and accessories, facade cladding glasses, passages with heavy traffic.
