BİZOTE MAKİNASI
Camın bizote edilmesi cam işleme süreçlerinin en önemli aşamalarından biridir. Mobilya dekorasyon alanlarında kullanılan cam ürünlerinin işlenmesinde bizote işlemi gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bu işlem sırasında camın kenarı 900; camın ön köşesi ise istenilen açılarda perdahlanmaktadır.
Tam otomatik bizote makinesi ortamında gerçekleştirilen bu işlemi takiben, rodaj sonrası matlaşan kesim yüzeyi ikinci bir işlemle parlatılmaktadır.
BEVELLING MACHINE
One of the most important stage in glass process is the bevelling of glass. Bevelling is applied on the glass products for the furniture decoration. In this process, the glass edge is polished with 900, its front edge is polished with desired angle by fully automatic bevelling machine. After this stage, the surface of cutting that become flat as a result of grinding is polished with a second process.
